Bounds is a low information radio broadcaster in a small market. He is peddling to his main listeners, State alumni. He’s trying to push any content he can get to engage his core listeners. His actual knowledge of the game/personnel is no better than an average fan.

Going to watch 12-0 Sarlaland coached by former USM QB Jeff Kelly against 12 -0 Hillcrest Tuscaloosa. A Sarland offense that has been unstoppable vs a Hillcrest defense whose given up only 9 touchdowns in 12 games. Should be a fun night of Alabama HS football.

I'm was born in Alabama, went to Southern Miss, and I’ve lived in MS for about 15 years. I married an Ole Miss girl from a diehard State family. I’m usually all USM, but the State/OM rivalry is wild. Egg Bowl twitter is hard to match.

The situation with the football team reminds me of Coach Ladner in year 3. After going 7-26 McClain stuck with him and it paid off in year 4. If I was a betting man I would suspect that’s what he would prefer to do here. Prob wrong, who knows.
