It should be a mandate to model out monthly cash flows that roll into an annual summary so that you're able to fully understand what's happening at the deal level.
I don't believe in automating multifamily rent prices.
As an operator, you should have an uncanny pulse on the market and where each of your units should be priced. Not all 1BRs should be priced the same especially view premiums and layout to account for.
