I don't have time to do this - but someone should. Portuguese investment visa program lets you get an EU passport, if you hire 10 folks in Portugal (can be remote!). Lots of good talent there. Build a staffing company, that also creates eligibility for EU residency...…

Shipper owned containers I almost always encourage customers to utilize a shipper owned container when ordering overseas product. In this case we customized the container to double as two storage units and their onsite office. Inside this 40’ container is 13 portable units

Project we are working on requires landscaping and a solid 6’ screen on both lot lines. I’m not thrilled about putting in a wooden fence around a facility…. Any creative ideas?
