Do any 1031 intermediaries pay a reasonable interest rate on your proceeds while they hold them? It seems like you lose way more on giving a 45 day interest free loan than you pay in fees for the 1031

This year, I found a clause in our loan docs that would trigger default if the property was over 75% vacant. We were buying it 100% vacant. I called the bank, they removed it, and the LO mentioned nobody had ever read the full agreement before. Are you serious??
