If you bought a pre construction condo in Mimico is 2018, your cost per square foot was approx $750 psf. Today (May 2022) your cost per square foot is approx $1,050 psf

✏️Here is some perspective. 📌The worst thing that can happen to you in the current real estate market (if you are not selling, and if you have a variable rate mortgage) is that fixed rates MAY go higher than 4.5%. Is that the end of the world? For most, no. For some… yes.

I ask wealthy people an annoying amount of questions. Here's what I've learned that may surprise you: 1. They finance their cars 2. They put the least amount down on their mortgage Although they have the cash to buy these outright, they leverage low interest debt. ALL OF THEM.
