-Tried to go in through the wrong gate.
Text my wife she sets me straight on where to go.
My wife asks me a few times a week how I would survive without her. 😂

Things that can damage your kidneys
1. Over-use of painkillers
2. Excess salt consumption
3. Eating processed food
4. Not drinking enough water
5. Lack of sleep
6. Alcohol
7. Smoking
8. Lack of exercise
9. Intake of processed sugar
Avoid them
To ensure a terrible nights sleep:
1) nap more than 90min in the afternoon
2) >100mg caffeine after 4pm
3) eat right before bed time (I confess I do this now and again, as I can’t fall asleep hungry)
4) Sleep in on weekends more than 1hr longer than usual duration
Acts of Psychological Self-Care:
- Do your thing and don't care if others like it
- Avoid toxic people
- Practice gratitude
- Reading books
- Saying "No"!
- Journaling
- Work out
- Meditate
