There are two UPFs most people agree are bad for health: soft drinks and processed meat.
Isn't it funny that one of the crusaders against UPF thinks processed meat is still fine (but sliced bread is dangerous)?

This is such an incredibly misleading title: TFA, processed meat and SSB have fairly well established links with health - irrespective of processing. And processed meat often even isn't UPF, even if it contains nitrite
