Daylight Saving Time is increasingly hard to notice when my digital are devices are like, "What? Nothing happened. We know what time it is." And my stove is left blinking and screaming, "IT HAPPENED! TIME SHIFTED UNNATURALLY! THEY'RE ALL LYING! ONLY I KNOW! ONLY I REMEMBER!"

Do you consistently let your phone go to voicemail even when you know the person and why they're calling and then procrastinate calling them back until it's no longer socially appropriate to reconnect or are you neurotypical?

Yup. Even the first time I specifically went in for an ADHD eval. Came back with dysthymia and Avoidant Personality Disorder. Which I now think is a direct result of undiagnosed ADHD with a side of RSD. Finally at 47 the right diagnosis!

RSD is like a tidal wave. We don't see it coming, and by the time we realize we're neck high with water. The best we can do is try to not drown. It will eventually go down. Just, don't tell me "it's not so bad" when you're on a helicopter above the wave. 7/

Absolutely especially in a school setting where the child may mask their #ADHD. Sometimes its lots of little things rather than one the 'one' stereotypical symptom. Suppose that's why the SEND code of practice makes repeated reference to' listening to the parents concerns'
