Week 17 #oub329 @B329Leadership using story telling to inspire & engage with followers is extremely useful for my future leadership practice. Tell stories that sympathise, interests and leads followers to believe and want more will assist with followers viewing me as a leader
Week 16 #oub329 @B329Leadership with so many strikes happening this weeks learning was useful into understanding the hows and whys it's happening. How the unions and work forces are standing together in precarious times.
Week 15 #oub329 @B329Leadership found Fleming and Spicer (2007) resistance framework interesting how there is a battle between #Power and #Resistance and how as a leader listening to the resistance can help not just move forward but learn and innovate from followers
Week 14 #oub329 @B329Leadership asking the question has the problem been solved before will help the team and I whether the problem is wicked or not. Then consider whether a local or national approach would work best.

Week 12 #oub329 @B329Leadership At volatile times, it's important to adopt a win/win positive sum approach however it's a balancing act in a competitive environment it's not that simple and need to focus on your own teams goals but do need to strike a balance where possible

Week 3: I learnt why #populism works & understand how leaders are most likely charismatic to win followers. But need to beware that they may have narcissistic tendencies & care more for their self-beliefs than the people & leave a mass destruction behind #oub329 @B329Leadership
