Weird sometimes to see analysts at other organizations freaking out when they detect a cryptominer on their network. That's just a day in the life for us in higher education. :D (In fact, if we don't detect one, something is wrong with the network sensors.)

While I am unsure Twitter will vanish overnight, this does remind me of when CompuServe, GEnie, AOL, all shut down in the late 1990s. There is a genuine sadness here. Losing the capability to talk to people with whom we only enjoyed having conversations online -- forever. :(

Thankfully I had CPEs....I'm not sure I could handle taking the @CertifyGIAC GREM a second time. That is a hard exam, especially as I do not have a CS background. But, it is also my most meaningful cert due to that. :) (And I use it nearly every day.)

Someone just left me a voicemail, I replied in an email, and they replied back in a Teams message. I'll roll with it....(looking for a carrier pigeon at the moment....) :)
