I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with @GetaHomeplan trying to get help and every agent at this company has said the same thing. Basically, the sales team lies, I will likely have to wait 2-3 weeks to get help, and they definitely will not replace anything.

I bought a plan from @GetaHomeplan. The salesperson said I would have replacement coverage. Was very specific about how they replace brand for brand. Last Friday my oven died and have found out every single thing I was told by the sales team is a lie. THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Our flight with @lufthansa was cancelled in MARCH. My last name starts with an “A” so even if it’s an alphabetical thing, we would certainly have been taken care of by now. This leads me to believe they are not issuing ANY refunds. Are they lying to their customers?

Portland is showing me very clearly how the federal government sees #BlackLivesMattters as a vendetta against them. Declaring that Black people in America are actual people... is DEFYING the United States government. Think about that.
