Been awhile, but I'm bringing back #StartupHiringTips! When opening up a new role, determine how much Building vs. Maintaining you need. i.e. Do you need someone to write recipes, or follow them? Think critically about the biz needs and design the interview process accordingly.

THE BIG TAKEAWAY: In business, most people communicate the way they WANT to be communicated to and don't think twice about what others want. It shouldn't be this way. Understand others' business love languages and you'll 10x your relationships. Lmk if you try this out!
