After never divesting anything it bought for yrs, $ROP's moved methodically to recast itself as an asset lght sftware based co w/ high recurring FCF. Paid $473 mm for Neptune in '04. Selling for 10x (after banking growth & FCF) is gr8 if can be used to buy highr mrgn businesses.

$CSU with almost 30% stock CAGR since Jan 2020 (inclusive of last 30 days) driven almost entirely by cash flows and modest multiple expansion. Market in recent days…what’s wrong with CSU? Sigh.
