Really disappointed in @AirbnbHelp. My host violated Airbnb’s Ground Rules twice with 30+ hour delays in responding before check-in. I’m a solo mom traveling internationally with a child and now left without lodging or refund. Why are your own standards not being enforced?

2013 was a 550x ($2 to $1100) 2017 was a 110x (20% of previous cycle) 2021 was a 22x (20% of previous) I'm sorry, but I don't see us stopping at 4.5x of the $16k cycle low, which would be $72k. That pattern is breaking.
