The Ontario gov’t posts arbitration awards. There is NO record of @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard. I think the union is INTENTIONALLY ABANDONING grievances, for its members at the MEDIATION stage! I had grievances and the union CONVENIENTLY ABANDONED them at the SAME stage-MEDIATION!

I noticed that @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard has a habit of hiring lawyers that are NOT licenced to practise law in Ontario. Could it be that TPS wants these ppl to do dirty work ? 🤔 They CANNOT lose a licence , to MISCONDUCT, that they don’t have. Think about it.

This person is a lawyer and was employed @TPSBoard while @JohnTory was also on the board. Publicly they say things that sound good. Meanwhile my 2017 human rights complaint for #Bullying, #Harassment, and #RacialDiscrimination which lead to my #WrongfulTermination goes unheard!
Here’s WHY I use #ToxicWorkplaces. When the GRIEVANCE process began @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard, a Labour dept worker REPRESENTED my manager. Months later, that worker got PROMOTED to head Labour dept. RESULT? Person representing my manager was OVERSEEING/DECIDING MY GRIEVANCE!!
Here’s WHY I use #ToxicWorkplaces. When MEETINGS were SCHEDULED for my grievance with @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard or for my 2017 application @OntHumanRights, TPS/TPSB REPEATEDLY made last-minute CANCELLATIONS forcing meetings to be RESCHEDULED several times. #PsychologicalGames
Here’s WHY I use #ToxicWorkplaces. When I complained that I was being BULLIED, HARASSED, and RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED against @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard by my manager. WITHOUT an INVESTIGATION, I was TOLD that there was NO PROBLEM and REMAINED reporting directly to that manager.
These are some examples for WHY I use #ToxicWorkplaces. Although @TorontoPolice @TPSBoard is a unionized environment, I did not benefit from being unionized. Ex: Denied lunch break, denied union representation in meeting, denied investigation and more. #WorkingWhileBlack
