China continues to be the most important hub in global value supply chains. In fact in recent years India's dependence for value added goods has been increased significantly, even our exports are also dependent heavily on china for input materials. @KwatraNikita

That's remarkable, China's share in world exports has increased from merely 2% to 14% in the span of last 25 years despite a close to 20% appreciation in Chinese Renminbi against the US Dollar. It's clearly a sign they did a great job on exports front. @chokhani_manish

Quantum of the OMOs are very small v/s supply of bonds hitting the market on weekly basis, that's why they are loosing their effectiveness & Yields are elevating. RBI needs to not only step up the OMOs quantity but also do this on regular basis. @cogencis cogencis.com/newssection/ch…

Negative real interest rates lead to more money flow to riskier assets which may lead to a high inflation in asset prices. This may not be an ideal situation for savers those looking regular income from their investible corpus. Speculative trades has been increasing significantly
