If you don't have an Incident Response Management process (IRM), then you can get started with the one baked into Grafana Incident. 1. Declare an incident Declare early and err on the side of transparency. Create a blameless culture that makes people feel comfortable doing this.

Hey @TwitchSupport - my 2FA codes stopped working. I changed nothing. Account somehow has no SMS number configured even though that is mandatory to enable 2FA. Cannot add/change SMS number without working 2FA. Have access to primary email. Email support did not help. Can you?

i dunno folks i just feel like if you build an abstraction to make something easier, i shouldn't need to understand everything about how that abstraction translates things underneath in order to use it especially not for basic things doesn't that defeat the point?
