More than a decade ago, I was product-driven. I loved creating the product more than coding. While working at Intel, code became more important since my piece of work was just a small part of the product overall. Working for startups put me back in my original condition.

Freelance is a one-time sale every N months/years. Sounds simple, but it's not always true. Price positioning is essential. It's better to wait for a good setup than just accepting whatever comes first. Bidirectional chemistry is important.

Just received a 16-17% discount on a real-estate property. The problem is that it is still, at least, 20-25%, overestimated based on practical means, as in 6% annual returns per year, which is low. RE prices need to further adjust.

When you aim to have multiple transactions with a person don't underbid. It's a losing strategy. It could work for single transactions, but someone is losing and that ain't the underbidder. 🤔

The fear of going bankrupt is most of the time greater than the fear of not creating something impactful. Most people can't go over this and stick to stability and predictability. Perception-wise: being poor is worse than not being known for something you did.
