Amazing journey - Had an idea - Nobody believed it - Didn’t give it up - Described value - Found trust - Built a prototype - Got a lot of love - Started to use finished product - Cracked half a dozen new ideas Now we’re building a new company around them. Endurance payed off.

- A crazy idea 18 months ago. - Finance secured 12 months ago. - Prototype ready 10 months ago. - Development and field testing finished 2 months ago. - 75% rollout done as of today. - crazy idea 100% reality within 30 days. I have the best team in the world!

I’m having a pleasant problem. Our field testing (done by the actual operators) of a completely new mobile platform is received so well so now I spend all my time explaining to everybody why we need to continue testing as planned instead of going right to production 😄😄

8 moths ago after a short desc of my plan. Colleague -is that even possible? Me -I didn’t even tell you half of it. Colleague -wow. If you pull that off that would be amazing. Me -anything less is not enough. This week we tried it for real and it is even grater than we thought.

Its funny. The more I dig into the theory of #devops the more useful it becomes for me. Well, do I practice DevOps? NO, I just use it as a management source for engaging people change.

I am blessed to work with the people I have gathered around me. Some are from same employer, some are external but all work as one team. You all blow me away with your bright ideas, enthusiasm and the way we all push each other forward! Love!

I’m so exited. After 6 months of research we concluded that there where no existing supplier that could meet our expectations. We planned for another 6 months and now we are developing it ourself. One team working together representing every part of the business. #ITSM
