The way to perform at your best in work & have really strong relationships is to prioritize your physical & mental health. More vigor, more focus/presence, more time, more learning, more depth…
Most people get artificial lighting all wrong: too dim during the day and too bright at night. It really should be the opposite: as much sunlight (especially on cloudy days) & bright artificial light until ~6pm then dim-dark until sleep. This is especially true in winter.
