If the junior you are mentoring is doing a good job, tell them. If your manager is supporting you well, tell them. If someone wrote a blog post that really spoke to you, tell them. No matter who the person is, everyone needs to hear when they got something right 🤗

IMHO, we should normalize bragging to your manager. A good manager should be paying attention to the work you're doing, but they might miss the breadth and depth that only you know. Personally speaking, I love it when people do this.
