Cleaning out old blog drafts, found this bit. 5.5 years later, @fastly is still 12c/GB, AWS is still 9c/GB, and Cloudfront is still >8c/GB at respective base tiers. My takeaway is if you're doing any significant traffic volume, you've got a custom agreement for lower prices.
