Amazing to think that without Ray Dalio, we wouldn’t have Chicken McNuggets. Famously no business had ever managed to buy one thing and make it into something else that they sell at a profit before Ray Dalio came along and explained hedging. Incredible.

How is it possible to be a phd candidate in an ostensibly scientific field and think like this. It’s obviously possible to have a normal (18-25) BMI and still be incredibly unhealthy. Just ask 16th century sailors.
