It’s hard to beat someone in sport who owns more space than everyone else on the field or court Cover space Cover it fast Your training should enhance your ability to do those two things Those that do it well dominate their game

Where you’re going matters more than where you’re at. Concerning ourselves with habits that take us towards our goal empowers us to continually grow and move forward. Isolating our concerns to where we’re at robs us of the ability to do anything about it.

Having a PHD in your sport, position, and scheme allows you to be “faster” than any speed training. Knowing your game and job description allows your athletic traits to shine. Not knowing it will handicap, and prevent you from expressing athleticism due to hesitation.
