Job search advice you don’t want to hear: Submitting your resume *feels* productive ("I applied to 5 places today!") but it's not actually *effective.* Guess what is? Networking. Which most people don't do. B/c reaching out to people feels more vulnerable than "spray & pray."

Hire more entry-level developers. I've seen companies flourish when they have 1 (or a few) "senior" (experienced) developer(s) + a large team of entry-levels. The seniors provide direction and the eager entry-level developers run fast in those directions, learning along the way.
