Honestly, my kids are most well-behaved when we are shopping, so the comments have become fun at this point.
I also feel like Tylenol when used before and after vaccinations is a HUGE issue. It breaks down the blood brain barrier, allowing the less than perfect ingredients to invade further. Mind you, this is what pediatricians recommend at every visit.
