Well done to the 208 runners and walkers who took on the rather breezy conditions this morning at Netley Abbey parkrun number 465 👏🏻 We had 15 PBs, 16 first timers and 15 different clubs represented, thank you to the 29 amazing volunteers who helped to make today run so smooth.

We’ve said it before & we’re saying it again! Our 5km course is measured using a professional measuring wheel. If your ‘activity’ watch measures less than 5km, maybe think about why that might be rather than accuse us of incompetence/inaccuracy. Thank you.

Well done to everyone who ran/jogged/walked Netley Abbey parkrun number 454 today. There were 33 volunteers, 15 PBS, 12 first timers (including people from elsewhere) and 13 running clubs were represented! See you all Christmas Day! #dfyb #parkrun
