15 month-old wanted me to do some drawing with her-so I used it as an opportunity to bounce some vocab around.She told me what to draw and I drew them- or I pointed to something, named it, then drew it. Great way to bond too. 2 words below: dudu bottle (milk bottle) and fish!

Thankyou @beth_moulam ! So inspirational.A great end to #RCSLTConf2023. My take from this conference is that as SLTs we enable communication & we are advocates, but we shouldn't forget2advocate for ourselves in the process too🙏Are we essentially Interaction Therapists (?!)🫰
