Perpetually trying to remind myself to look for at least one positive thing. In therapy, when asked, I reluctantly start with a mundane thing, which leads to more positive things, neutralizing the dread

A depression record: sleeping 1 - 8:30am, skip workout class and fall back asleep until noon. Scroll 📜 home for 45 min, fall asleep until 2, get out of bed at 2:30pm.

Had the most ADHD dream ever: morning schedule was disrupted and when I made it home, I started tidying and took two frozen items and put them in the cabinet. I tried to put them in the freezer, and found another frozen with the dishes! Stress.

📥 I applied for a government adjacent job and the Veterans/ADA page was very intentional, thorough and concise. For the first time ever, I checked the YES box in the ADA disabilities section. (Depression, PTSD, autism were examples) Kind of impressed. Which is sad lol

People may not get that if you're isolating yourself, it's for a reason-- & if we wanna realistically reduce how isolated we are, there's probably a skittish part of ourselves we have to take care of as we do so. We don't distance ourselves from others for the hell of it.

Didn’t leave my house yesterday. When I went to leave today, I could not find my keys. I am religious about keeping them in my purse. Until I got home Friday evening. Searched my house for 20 mins. Finally used spare car key and found my everyday keys in my car. Oy vey. #adhd
