Why would I start a business? I can just buy one instead… WITHOUT putting any of my own money into the deal While getting sellers what they want I get all the benefit of revenue, cash flow, a team, systems, market share etc etc Fuck starting from scratch ✌️

BUYING A BIZ? MY 3 MUST FOLLOW FUNDAMENTALS…
it's never been easier to start a business, but also one of the hardest times to make a breakthrough. anyone can pick up a phone and get their message out there. the only variables to worry about is volume and quality. most people just tend to forget one or the other.
“AI videos are taking over!” Bros… Surely not everyone is sub 80 IQ If you can’t feel the soullessness and just downright FAKENESS of all AI (no matter how good) and choose to consume the content You’re cooked.
Your job isn’t to do the work It’s to own the asset Put in the right people In the right system Then own the output That’s wealth

Found a seller once who was 63, burnt out, and sick of hiring Clinic still made $300K profit per year They just wanted a clean exit Most buyers missed it I didn’t M&A is about spotting why they’re selling Not just what they’re selling.
