What is the best/cheapest dashboard for entry level DTC brands? API in: - Shopify - Meta - Google - Klaviyo - PostScript Obviously there’s TW. Are there other options that are cheaper?
@zachmstuck I run getkleio.com. $29/month for dashboard, ltv analysis, p&l breakdown, product analyzer, etc. Unlimited users and stores from the same brand. 1M order limit in DB per organization. We don't offer Klaviyo and PostScript right now, but coming. DM if anything 🙋🏻♂️
@zachmstuck graphed.com we have - Shopify - Meta - Google - Klaviyo i can get you postscript in 24 hours if you want just lmk
Our PPC analyst built something use OpenAI and Googe Cloud with just direct API pulls from all the platforms. Then he's visualising it with Google Data studio. What we like about this approach is that we can calculate variable costs really accurately and get product level insights for large catalogues - also ultra cheap
@zachmstuck Snowflake, fivetran, dbt, looker, and a $1M/yr salary data team
@zachmstuck Do we need more than Google Sheets Maybe a little auto data feed if you wanna be a bit disconnected from the numbers? Throw in a little graph for the visual folks
@zachmstuck I’m building something interesting in the omnichannel measurement space that will come in on the cheap side because obvs it will be bootstrapped 😆( for anyone who knows me you know…) I think there’s a big room for the judgme of triple whale tbh
@zachmstuck Hey Zach, happy to show you a demo of what we built over here at modern.ai and offer you a one month free trial of the software as well
@zachmstuck SuperMetrics/Zapier+Google sheets.. or @SourceMediumHQ
@zachmstuck Lifetimely is pretty good if you haven't checked it out before.
@zachmstuck Dataslayer/Supermetrics to sheets or studio refreshed daily?
@zachmstuck Try Triple Whale free, or Polar Analytics if budget allows.
@zachmstuck Lifetimely has traditionally been a cheaper option. Upstack data used to be but I think it’s more comparable in cost to TW now.
@zachmstuck TwoMinuteReports to Sheets - everything you need for $49/M
@zachmstuck Also one where you can trust your data is secure?
@zachmstuck AdBeacon is pretty cost effective from the agency side. Not sure for a single brand.
@zachmstuck I’m enjoying using lifetimely. It’s a bit slow at times, but I like the dash the most and you can create custom dashboards easily
@zachmstuck A year ago I'd say Lifetimely, but quality and maintenance fell off a cliff after acquired by Amp. Right now I'm using TrueProfit and it gets the job done, and also has a mobile app. Kleio also looks promising, and you have direct contact with the founder Mathias who is solid.
@zachmstuck Not the cheapest, but it's made by store owners for store owners > digismoothie.com/blog/profit-an…
@zachmstuck At entry level all you need is Google sheets and some discipline.
@zachmstuck RetentionX is fantastic. Honestly vibe coding one is an incredibly viable option also. Happy to (privately) share the one I built for @themeatery (my brand)
@zachmstuck Have you tried LeadnData? It's my go-to for cheap DTC dashboards.
@zachmstuck The best entry-level dashboard is Google's Looker Studio. It's free and connects to all those sources.
@zachmstuck Hey, great question! For entry-level DTC brands, Triple Whale is solid, but you might also check out Glew or DataHawk for cost-effective options with similar integrations. Let me know if you need more details! Sent you a message. Did you see it?
@zachmstuck We have a tool that solves it and piloting with couple of brands - with our AI assistant brands doesn’t have to skim dashboard but talk to brand data and get recommendations/strategy tailored to their store need. So entry level brands have expert in-house for fraction of cost.
