It's a UV lamp now! (notice the white LED's phosphors glowing orange). Luckily the ikea lamp driver and UV LED are both 700mA and the mounting holes line up between PCBs. Good for curing UV epoxy, even if it doesn't cover the whole spectrum usually required.

Here is the side view of the CT scan I posted last week. From this viewpoint you can easily see the vias connecting the layers of the rigid-flex PCB. I'm working on a write-up of the scan and will post it soon. The porosity in the solder joints is also interesting to see.

The survey works begin! 📡📏🌏 It has been determined, due to continental drift and Australia moving north at 7 centimetres per year, that after 46 years of operations, our big 70 metre dish Deep Space Station 43 #DSS43, must be moved 3.22 metres to the south. Huge task ahead!

someone sent me this image, which the vendor of the pictured integrated circuit has the gall to call "multi-row QFN" this is the single most cursed package i have seen in my life, by a wide margin. literally absolute worst
