Don't do work for the sake of doing work. Have a clear idea of why you're doing this: What's the goal that doing this will get you towards? What's the thing that will happen if you don't do this... And why is not doing this worse than doing this? Now do it.

I recently learned of a term from my mentor... That a lot of people are mentally obese... They consume content endlessly without ever producing anything, doing anything of value. If you do not change anything after consuming content... Then you have learned nothing.
