@Prof_Dollar @ripper1399 That’s all well and good but I think it’s fair to suggest that loosely, $CLPT may be to $QURE and others what $NVDA is to hyperscalers. When your high margin business must flow through a certain tech stack, you give up a big chunk of that margin to the tech and you do so happily.

The more I read about $CLPT and its role in the neurological field, the more conviction I gain in the thesis. The numbers don't show it yet, but a $600M market cap doesn't come close to reflecting the company's real-world impact. NFA.

A major difference is toxicity. $SRPT’s gene therapy is given systemically at high doses which is high risk for adverse reactions. $QURE is given locally to the brain using $CLPT tech at much smaller doses which gives it much lower risk for severe systemic reactions

I got long $CLPT before I had a daughter with a rare disease. The news from $QURE this morning is more impactful to me from the side of the patients vs the monetary gains. Thousands of families will wake up to hope for the first time in their lives. Amazing news!
