Don’t take out a credit card because you hear people online saying they’re a “hack” If you don’t have the discipline to use one, you’ll enter a world of trouble. Be realistic about yourself. Not every trick is right for you.
Recently had the: “Would you rather our daughter be in the woods with a random bear or a random man” chat with my partner. Biggest lesson… Bears are much less threatening than I’d realised.
Solely “hustling” and grinding a 8-6 won’t set you free. You need to invest in assets and sell your knowledge, not your time.
Whether you’re in a career or running a business. Don’t sit still. Both can work. It’s inactivity that makes you lose
Do not get overexcited by latest hype stocks. 2022 it was Tesla 2020 it was Meta You can get both types of performance. Don’t chase hype. Average in to the market over time. Diversification matters.

Do the basics: • Track your expenses • Build a budget • Have an emergency fund Everything else is built from there. Don’t neglect the “simple” stuff.
Wealth hack: Learn basic DIY. This weekend I • Dissembled and cleaned a PS5 • Cleaned an oven • Repaired a leaking sink £300+ saved had I not known how to do them myself. Knowledge is free.
Bragging about your credit score is pointless. I have an 800 score. It would mean nothing if my net worth was negative. Focus on the right metrics. Value in assets is key.

On London Marathon weekend. Remember investing is a marathon not a sprint. At £500/m it will take you 11 years to hit your first £100,000. The next 100 takes 7 years. Don’t get deflated before the race has even begun.
