Just reviewed and revamped my 2023 Goals for Underground Mini Golf! Goal is to get everything and everyone in the business ready for a 100% to 200% increase in business starting January 1st. This will require our team, facility, and marketing to be bulletproof by end of year.

I keep coming back to using a physical notebook. Cracking it open to a blank page, writing TODAY, and jotting down my most important action items just works for me! I keep the notebook open to that page wherever I’m working and it keeps me on track. 🎯

When I sit down in one spot for a long period of time and try to be productive, I struggle to put a dent in my workload. When I work in 3 or 4 different spaces (coffee shop, my office, break room, kitchen table at home, etc) I seem to find my groove faster and get more done.
