Not every day the Prime Minister is asked to respond to your tweet. Only wish @JustinTrudeau would have addressed the real issue: Bill C-10 regulates user generated content and grants the CRTC the power to regulate what Canadians see in their TikTok, Youtube, and Instagram feeds.

A Canadian PACER would be great. As a first step, I’d love to see courts come together to develop common practices in the direct distribution of their decisions. Wild variation and nearly two-thirds are only available through case law publishers and not on the courts own websites

This can't be stated enough. There is NO WORLD in which pro bono solves the access to justice problem. None. Impossible. Charity by lawyers is not a viable solution. If we rely only on charity, we are admitting we prefer the problem to solving it.
