@alandrummond2 Dr Drummond, as difficult as they may be for you to write, I feel that they benefit us all! We cannot know the pain and grief that others live with. At times when we are “stuck” in our grief, the experiences that others bravely share, help to believe that there is a way forward.

What I wrote which failed to post: traffic for always puts things "back as they were" instead of taking opportunities to apply critical thinking to improve outcomes for the neighborhood. Why does the public have to do their thinking for them? There must be a better solution here

medical students should have more clinical experience prior to medical school. and medical schools should prioritize applicants with clinical experience rather than multiple publications.
