As someone who works with students every day & is often the 1st point of contact 4 students in crisis, talking about #mentalhealth is not enough @fordnation. Neither is your “plan” to hire 180 workers. 896 high schools with +2000000 students = not enough!

Skilled trades classes are capped @ 22 students. Skilled tradespeople are in high demand with a shortage in most sectors across Canada. Class sizes of 1 to 25 will have a negative impact on a school’s ability to run these classes. What then @slecce? #onted

1 to 28 or 1 to 25 is still 1 to too many! @Sflecce has not been honest about (or maybe he doesn’t know) what this will look like. Big classes are not the only outcome of this very bad, poorly thought out plan. #onpoli #onted #cutshurtkids

Fact: Confirmed by @HaltonDSB Senior Staff: Directive to move to 28:1 and 4 mandatory online classes HAS NOT CHANGED from the Ministry. Option sheets are currently being collected by schools and planning for next year will move forward under these parameters. #Onpoli #Onted
