These trails are now attracting ~1,000 visitors per day on average! So yes, it makes zero economic sense to ruin it’s aesthetic value.
Some think labeling the UCP as "authoritarian" is over-the-top. They've granted themselves the ability to overturn local elections and bylaws as they see fit. And that's only this week.

The issue with these clinics is that while they purport to charge for uninsured services, they problematically mingle uninsured and insured services such that patients are also getting preferential access to the latter.

At a time when Albertans are struggling with so many real issues, the UCP have just introduced Bill 20, all about meddling in municipal politics. Bill 20 allows the UCP to remove any councillor, permits political parties at the municipal level, and more. Who is asking for this?
