Love this. It is true anywhere where humans are working together I think. And in teaching, the “cohesion” “camaraderie” parts can be hard to achieve because we are separated into classrooms.

Don't buy "The Perfect Gift" gift cards, unless you warn the recipient the face value of the card is not the spending value. An activation fee is deducted, and then $3 per month maintenance fee after a year, so warn the person you are giving it to. #theperfectgiftcard isn't!

My grade 8s amazed me this week at the authentic collaboration that produced this door decoration. The respect they showed each other, the way they incorporated everyone's ideas, blew my mind. I was just the catalyst, once it grabbed their hearts, I just had to get out the way.
