Being a good communicator doesn’t mean speaking perfectly. It’s a lot of listening, and “problem solving” and collaboration with the receiver until you reach an understanding.

The “right” people are the ones who root for you. Usually people who’ve been where you’re at, and have found a way to succeed beyond your current level. Keep them close, and listen to what they have to say.

The common denominator of all successes I’ve had in work (or life) is the ability communicate. I’m convinced is the foundation of all other value-driven skills. Agree or disagree? 🤔
