Lots of folks ask me if I have an approach for creating docs/video content. I do! 1. Turn the information into a DAG 2. Assign groups to areas of the graph 3. Figure out a linear way through those groups I've done this for the TS course, XState docs, Turborepo & Turbopack docs.

The launch of @ceramicnetwork mainnet is a huge deal. Nontechnical folks will await apps to grasp the significance, but engineers get it. This is a key piece of infrastructure that enables self sovereign data and identity for the #web3 stack. Read the use cases in the post!

I just learned from a former longtime Amazon employee, the idea for Prime came from an IC engineer. He wrote up a 6 page memo. He was inspired by the Costco membership model. It was built as a test. It's now the key pillar of Amazon. The best ideas can come from anywhere.
