Arg corn progress is at 63% vs 68 5yr avg... beans 62% vs 70 avg. Not very behind... and 14d rainfall is good + forecast for this week is for an inch. Temps have been 5-7 degrees > normal for last month, yes, but situation should be looking up with recent/fcst improvements imo
