Was at a cafe. Looked across the street to see an old industrial building with a sun-faded logo “United Refrigeration - heating, air conditioning” …I was like man, I bet that old company makes MONEY. I was thinking like $50m. $2.3b revenue
I think this is a very cool product. Tech workers who racked up a ton of stock in their company usually think they can just hold or sell. Now they can diversify and keep holding, with less concentration risk. Had a friend do this with Cache after I showed it to him!

M&A advisory should have a separate license, and part of that training should be interviewing buyers that went bankrupt after acquisition. Would lower the asking price multiples.

The best advice I always give to newly exited founders: Open a Vanguard account. Not Fidelity. Not Schwab. Vanguard. 'Smart advice,' You might think. 'They do have the lowest fees..' Wrong. Their interface is so awful, you will never trade.. Has saved my clients millions.
