So market anticipating cuts going into years end. Inflation is currently about 25-30% higher than the Feds target ACCORDING TO THEIR METRICS. The fact that they are seriously considering cutting it speaks volumes and stagflation will most likely be waiting at the doorstep.

Our rental data shows single-family asking rent growth running well above historical average in many markets. Only one market (Las Vegas) showing declines, and just barely.

There is no such thing as inflation minus shelter, energy, food. Grab the avg person's ("needed") expense to income ratio & find out what the top expendatures relative to a period of acceptable inflation and fix the problem. hrm lets be realistic, shelter MUST come down.
