Plus jsem vypozoroval, že ztuhlá krční páteř je spíš následek než spouštěč (u mě), ale její ulevení občas uleví migréně. A tygří mast na spánek, kde to "tepe". V kombinaci s její ostrou "vůní" mi to subjektivně občas uleví.

Chcete být zdravější a štíhlejší? Legrace je, že víte přesně, co máte dělat. Víte, co je a co není zdravé (víte to dostatečně dobře na to, abyste to uměli použít). Víte, že se máte hýbat. Není tu žádná zázračná zkratka. Sorry. Je tu ale pár rad. (Jo, radim. Fuj.)

Největší zábava bude v penzi 😎Aldo Maranzina (76) uběhl na K6 Ultra v Konstantinových Lázních za šest dnů 519 km. Edda Bauer je starší (79) a dala jen 368 km🤓 Důchodce a guru Miloš Škorpil (68) si v klidu vychutnal 470 km.
